MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

Excellent that you are interested in joining FSC! Please provide all requested information by filling out Membership Form. Alternatively you can simply print and fill out our Membership Form PDF – scan the signed form and send it via E-Mail to our Memberships Director, or sign up at a social meeting.

Please note that cash payments are not accepted by the Club. The cost of the membership fee will be waived until after your second trip or second season, whichever comes first. Thereafter your membership fee will be taken from your account by Direct Debit.

Membership Details

You must be a current member of the Frankfurt Ski, Snowboard, Sports & Social Club e.V. to go on one of our trips.

First time members: the membership fee will be waived until your second trip or season. Trip payments will be taken by the club via Direct Debit from the bank account that you used to join the club. You will need to provide your bank details and sign a direct debit form to authorise trip payment.
The number you were assigned when you joined the club.
* The details above are required for dependent family membership applications only. Children included in a Family Membership may be no older than 18 years.

Should you not have a European bank account, please indicate this at the end of the form and include details of an existing member who is willing to pay on your behalf.

By signing this mandate form, you authorise (A) FSC e.V. to send instructions to your bank to debit your account and (B) your bank to debit your account in accordance with the instructions from FSC e.V.. As part of your rights, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited.
