The Schmittenhöhe is the high point at ZELL AM SEE, offering some great expert runs but mainly intermediate family-friendly skiing, and wonderful “gemütlich” mountain huts. The Kitzsteinhorn glacier at KAPRUN has excellent snow-sure skiing with 3 snow parks and 5 freeride lines as well as several intermediate runs.
